Why it’s disappointing: This could stay put for this movie.
What to watch out for: This series is something we’ve been watching from 2D cartoon till a live action film. An age old superhero who have been a favourite of billions across the globe. This second reboot was made perfectly to suit the innocence which it intends to. It had the genuine flavour of superhero film, which one could ask for. A film which can be enjoyed by all age groups. Director Jon Watts, did a fantastic job in deriving this film in its true form and decorated with a potential and apt cast.
Tom Holland as Peter Parker, would be a perfect Spider-Man till date. He was young, innocent, relatable, and spot on of the character. Tom was good with witty one liners and emoting a perfect output of Spider-Man.
Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes was a commendable nemesis to Spider-Man. He was evil and had that X factor of a villain which was required of.
Obviously the cameo of Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man/ Tony Stark was an icing on the cake supported by Jon Favreau as Happy, Marisa Tomei as May Parker and Zendaya as MJ.
The film had amazing VFX which was seamless and the 3D was not on face, making the film more enjoyable. The sound was a super ingredient in the film which was beautifully enveloped. The cinematography by Salvatore Totino was amazing, which was perfectly cut by editors Dan & Debbie. The score by Michael Giacchino was in sync with the film.
The action was meticulously choreographed with amazing support by VFX which went well with each other respectively.
Verdict: Jon Watts, delivered a perfect superhero film which has all its ingredients mixed in perfect proportions making it a complete package. Something which was missing from screens for long. It was light and simple, definitely worth a watch, don’t miss this one.
