Review: The year 2016 is becoming a great one with numerous sequels flowing in with studios locking their horns to compete with each other. The line-up for 2016 from our Hollywood brothers are getting interesting with every trailer release and more to come. Next year will be one hell of ride for movie buffs who will endlessly cherish every release.
The war of 1996 was a huge one, where we saw Aliens trying to invade the earth. It was quite evident that they’re coming back, after “Independence Day” the genre was re-defined. This upcoming chapter will be an epic with a worldwide spectacle on an unimaginable scale. They had used the Alien technology to strengthen the earth’s defense program by collaborating with the nations. Will this help us prepare for the unexpected advanced alien force? I don’t think so, this time have to see if the few brave men and women save the world from being extinct.
This will be the direct sequel to 1996 blockbuster “Independence Day” directed by Roland Emmeich. The film stars Liam Hemsworth, Jeff Goldblum, Bill Pullman, Judd Hirsch, Vivica A. Fox, Brent Spiner, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Jessie Usher, Maika Monroe and Sela Ward.
Roland Emmeich took quite a time to bring in this sequel, which is almost 2 decades. The movie is slated for release on 24th June 2016, and will be presented in Real 3D and IMAX 3D.
