Steve Carell Contender for Best Actor at Golden Globe Awards: Steve Carell is a big shot in the Golden Globe Awards this year for his splendid demonstration in a motion picture – The Big Short.

We obviously may recall a bit about the Golden Globe Awards last year, when his name was on the nominee list for the best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama concerning his role as an ambitious millionaire John E Pont in the movie: Foxcatcher. This year he again made a nomination for himself as his name (along with Christian Bale & Al Pacino) has been printed on the 73rd Golden Globe Awards nominee document.

Steve Carell (born August 16, 1962) is a man who takes pride in his work, he’s not just an actor trying to bring his character to fruition and meet all the requirements of the film but above all he’s also a scholar, an unorthodox researcher, so to speak.

In his latest movie: The Big Short (a movie about four individuals who share the same foresight of the market crashed which is the credit and housing bubble crisis occurred in the midst of 2000s), Steve Carell, after studying the script, he decided to have himself delved into the field and do some intellectual seeking for further information and knowledge; and maybe this is the reason for all of us having such a first-class and brilliant actor in our time.

The star of the 40 Year Old Virgin, as an actor, is well-known for his versatility (good performance in both comedy and drama genre), and if we consider him as a normal person, he would be the man we’re all looking for because of his gentle manner and his astonishing capability of making us happy.

The 73rd Golden Globe Awards will promise a lot of exciting potential. The night will be broadcast live on January 10, 2016 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. Let us all wish the best for the America’s funniest man – Steve Carell.
