The movie Lockup which was the acting debut of Venkat Prabhu in the lead role has released its trailer today at 6pm. The movie also starrs Vaibhav in the lead role along with various other actors like Bharathiraja. The trailer was released today by Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi and Naanum Rowdy Dhaan Director Vignesh Sivan.
The trailer looks very interesting and fascinating with all the elements necessary for a thriller movie. The trailer clearly sets the movies insight that it’s a mystery movie and the police is main element in the movie as the ending dialogue suggests. The trailer’s duration is just 1:33 seconds but was entirely enough to fascinate the audience to show them what’s coming. Venkat Prabhu looks like he is playing a sub-inspector role and Vaibhav as a normal cop.
Many thrilling elements like action, murder can also be seen in the trailer and the movie’s music should also be praised. The Director has set the movie in a very interesting template filled with suspense and chills. The movie is set to release on Zee5 OTT platform on August 14 and this movie will clearly be astonishing to the audience that even Zee5 can have good and worthy movies.
Zee5 has been the home to the low and mid budget movies seeking OTT release due to the shutdown of theaters due to the corona virus pandemic. And the high budget movies has been choosing Amazon prime video and Netflix for their content to be hosted. No matter where released good content should get the recognition it deserves is the main motive of the audience. Zee5 already has a movie to be released which is Danny starring Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and it’s also one of the thriller movie and the main character of the movie seems to be the dog character and it’s all set to release on August 1.
