National Award winning actress Parvathy remembered the nurse Lini Puthusseri who lost her life because of the Nipah virus. The deadly virus succumbed the life of Lini as she was treating patients who were affected by Nipah.
Remembering Lini, Parvathy of Mariyaan and Take Off fame tweeted “Nipah virus outbreak in Kerala has been spreading panic and creating a lot of uncertainty and stress across the state. At this time of bereavement, remembering the selflessness and sacrifice of Smt. Lini Puthusseri, who lost her life in the process of serving the ones affected with the virus. Taking a moment to pay homage and show my undying gratitude and respect for her priceless service and also joining the bereaved family during this moment of their irreplaceable loss. I would also like to share my decision and will to be a part of their journey forward without the one who was the soul of their existence. Sending prayers and strength to all the families who have lost their loved ones to this outbreak”.
Parvathy is presently busy with the shoot of her multistarrer film with Bangalore Days director Anjali Menon.
