The much awaited announcement for the cast and crew of Enthiran 2.0 is out, the fans are finally at rest with clarity on cast and crew which was on speculation for a long period.
The role of antagonist was on a roll from Kollywood to Bollywood then to Hollywood and now finally landed at Bollywood. That’s right Akshay Kumar will be pitted against Superstar Rajinikanth. Many will have their reservation on the choice, but trust me Akshay is an actor who will do justice to the character given to him.
Lyca Productions wanted to make an announcement on a grand scale, but kept it low key due to the recent floods in Chennai. The shoot has commenced as we speak from 16th December.
The movie will have Amy Jackson as the female lead, who will be seen in a new avatar which will be a great thing to look out for. She’s on cloud nine with a line up which she is very proud of, why shouldn’t she? She deserves it.
It will have Oscar winner music director AR Rahman composing, with Nirav Shah handling camera and edited by ace editor Anthony. The art direction is by Muthuraj and Srinivas Mohan will be the VFX supervisor.
The movie has the ace dialogue writer Jayamohan for Tamil pairing up with Shankar for the first time. Oscar winner Resul Pookutty will be on the Sound Design front.
The movie is being shot in 3D with top technicians from all over the globe giving it a global appeal. Legacy Effects from USA is on board, who world’s No.1 when it comes to animatronics. They have Jurassic Park, Iron Man, and Avengers to their credits.
The costumes are being designed by designer Mary.E.Vogt of Quantum Effects who has designed for movies like “Tron” and “Watchman”.
Another icing on the cake for the fans will be that the action is being choreographed by Kenny Bates, and the VFX is handled by John Hughes of “Life of Pi” fame and Walt from Taufilms.
